Pacific Northwest/Canada: Remnant smoke from the fires in Oregon, Montana, Idaho, British Columbia, and Alberta is still seen from south central Oregon through southwestern and central British Columbia, much of Alberta and central Saskatchewan, with the leading edge of lighter smoke in western Ontario. More dense and heavy areas are also seen over southern Alberta and northern Montana as well as a moderate pocket over east central Saskatchewan. Southern California: Areas of possible remnant light smoke from the Guiberson fires seen across the LA basin and over the Channel Islands. The area is likely a mix of remnant smoke and haze/pollution. Northern Baja: Fires flared up again this afternoon with remnant smoke extending out into the Pacific and across central Baja into the Gulf of California. Liddick More information on the areas of smoke described above as well as others can be found at the locations listed below. THE FORMAT OF THIS TEXT PRODUCT IS BEING MODIFIED.
