SMOKE: Canada/United States/Atlantic Ocean... Mixed density smoke attributed to wildfire activity across northwestern and central Canada was observed blowing eastward across Canada toward Hudson Bay, as well as drifting southward into the Northwestern and Central United States. Light to moderate smoke was observed throughout western coasts of the United States, and traveled westward into the Pacific Ocean. Cloud cover throughout eastern Canada precluded a more detailed smoke analysis. Idaho/Montana... Continued wildfires in the Boise National Park region (Western Idaho) continued producing light-to-moderate density smoke that traveled northeast into Montana, and westward into western Oregon. DUST: A light amount of Saharan Dust traveling off the western coast of Africa and moving westward into the Atlantic Ocean.
